An exceptional riverside living space.  This is the first phase of the refurbishment of this quayside home in Hamble-le-Rice, Hampshire.  A complete redesign of the first floor of two previously separate properties resulted in a large, open-plan kitchen, dining and living space.  Views and natural light have been maximised, with finishes were carefully selected to take into consideration the extraordinary light and to manage glare from the sun.  Powered remote-controlled window treatments were specifically chosen to manage the solar glare while still maximising the natural light and maintaining the views across the harbour.
