The creation of a new whisky bar in a landmark building in Edinburgh's Old Town that ticked all the boxes for the modern day whisky connoisseur while exuding heritage. Working alongside a specialist contractor, Ampersand created a comprehensive design – from the bar configuration, through fixtures and displays, to a decorative scheme incorporating a copper ceiling as in a nod to a traditional whisky still.
