White Stuff Edinburgh

The first Emporium for White Stuff. This impressive building on George Street in Edinburgh is now home to the largest and one of the most exciting White Stuff stores. Restoring the front and rear buildings that make up this three building store, we cut through the centre connecting building to form an atrium to pour light down into the floors below. Narnia fitting rooms are the talk of the town, you enter an ordinary looking wardrobe to find yourself in a large garden shed, a 1950’s kitchen or bedroom! A tree grows through the central atrium with a bench below creating a meeting point for people in the store.
