Designed for property developer Argent, Laura was lead interior designer from concept to completion for the £37m and £45m projects

Designed for BAM Properties, as a speculative development. Laura was lead interior designer from concept to delivery. Inlcuding procurement and on site project managment for the £26M higspec office building.

A sustainable office design on a budget.

UK Green Building Council, London (BAM Design) We spent time analysing the existing environment alongside the company’s aspirations for a sustainable and flexible workplace.

By increasing the ratio of collaboration and break out space to work stations we created a hardworking, flexible floor plan to give employees choice.

With the greater amount of available floor area we were  able to improve the environment to achieve the Green Building Councils key criteria for Health, Wellbeing and Productivity in Offices
