145 Blythe Road.
Nicholas Sunderland, Interior designer in London, transformed this three story Victorian Terrace into a five story contemporary home retaining original features, whilst doubling the living space. A Gym, cinema and family room were integrated into a new basement level.
An extension for the kitchen and a new loft conversion created light and space throughout. Home automation, hidden lighting and masses of storage along with a seamless transition of flooring out to the patio garden extended the ground floor even further.
A master suite with two dressing rooms, walk in Hansgrohe Rain Shower and sunken tub, added a boutique hotel luxury to the first floor. Further bedrooms, study and family bathroom created an Award Winning space with fully bespoke furniture throughout. Individually designed bookcases complemented the unique glass dining table. Polished plaster in the whole floor master suite, and walk in dressing rooms were only part of the project.
A signature high end design from Nicholas Sunderland Interior Design London BIID Member, within the clients affordable budget.
