Combining two apartments into one, the developer’s brief was to open up the interior and bring in outside space. On the lower ground floor I extended the master bedroom to face a new terrace. I embellished a dark lightwell by opening up the space around it.
On the first floor I created a terrace off the kitchen with folding doors to make a large indoor/outdoor space. I designed additional double full-height doors to the rear of the drawing room with a glass bridge connecting the drawing room to the kitchen terrace.
