Helen has had a successful career in Operations Management and as an HR Practitioner with a range of experience across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. Helen demonstrates an ability to understand the legal framework and to develop and implement practical solutions to meet clients' needs. 

BIID members can access free HR advice from The HR Dept, offering expert guidance on employment law and people management issues. Members can discuss topics like contract reviews, dismissals, recruitment, and more through up to four sessions per year—either an hour in-person or 30 minutes by phone. Each session covers a new topic, and additional support is available for a fee. Further details on how to book your session are available via the Members Area
