The renovation of this North London home included airy loft and rear extensions, dramatically improving the property by creating a spacious open living, dining and kitchen area on the ground floor, and a comfortable top floor suite.

Sustainability was a key focus, with the installation of PVs (solar panels), underfloor heating, triple glazed windows, extensive eco-insulation and a green roof over the new rear extension. We ‘Freecycled’ most existing fittings, helping make the renovation and finished home as environmentally friendly as possible.

Really high quality redecoration in neutral colours created the perfect backdrop for the clients’ carefully curated furnishings. Extensive bespoke joinery was designed and fitted throughout, to accommodate the clients’ impressive book and shoe collections. A complete electrical and heating overhaul was also completed to modernise and add comfort to the home.
