Getting your systems in place
Event published: 21/05/2020
Please join the BIID for our webinar with BIID Registered Interior Designer, Kia Stanford. Kia will be presenting how she figured out that stepping back and stepping up workplace systems revolutionised her team’s workflow.
With things a little quieter than normal, this is the perfect time to take a deep breath and prepare yourself to step up your game with systems that work for you and make every day a breeze. Create accountability with yourself or your team and get yourself ready to step back to your business with increased drive and purpose. We will be going behind the scenes on how we are able to take on large amounts of projects with a small team whilst maintaining a high level of service and the system that support us in doing so.
