This was a returning client - having designed their last house in Hampstead as well only a few years back they moved close by. I worked alongside an architect here to gut and modernise the kitchen area creating a large 6 bedroom Victorian family house direct onto the Heath. Again retaining the original features and replacing lost cornicing where necessary. We built down into the basement creating a plant room, laundry room and wine cellar and general storage area.
