This Grade II listed property required meticulous planning to ensure every inch of the space was utilised. Our brief was to design an inviting, elegant home with spaces that would work for both entertaining and family living.

The full refurbishment breathes new life into the spaces, blending timeless sophistication with contemporary simplicity. Walls have been painted in an off-white colour with the addition of delicate panelling. Wooden flooring from Ark One in a traditional herringbone pattern works beautifully with original marble fireplaces and historical mouldings.

Antique mirror panels have been fitted into the panelling above fireplaces, adding textural detail and a romantic feel reminiscent of Parisian decor. The furniture choice juxtaposes the old and the new. A modern curved sofa upholstered in boucle fabric and a bespoke travertine low coffee table are placed alongside a 1920s vintage French Louis XV style bombe marquetry chest of drawers.Aged brass sanitaryware and Murano glass chandeliers add a touch of glamour, completing the sophisticated and inviting ambience of this elegantly refurbished home.
