BIID Instagram: Call for Submissions

The BIID is relaunching its Instagram page, and we want your submissions.
The BIID has always been dedicated to showcasing the best of our members work, which is why we are encouraging members to submit details of their most recent projects to feature on our Instagram feed. Soon to be relaunching, the BIID Instagram will regularly post details of our member’s projects, with each post featuring up to ten images, chosen by the member, of a particular project that they would like to share. Each post will also include a small caption about the project. This is a great opportunity for the BIID to give an insight into the types of work that our members are undertaking, and will enable interior designers and practices to showcase their work on an influential platform.
If you would like share your projects on our Instagram, please send your submissions to Jessica.white@biid.org.uk. All we ask is that you include the following information:
- Minimum of 3 photos, maximum of 10. (10 is the maximum number of images you can include in a single carousel post on Instagram). Please include image credits as required such as photographer name.
- Practice/studio name - including your Instagram handle. We will tag you in the post that features your project, directing viewers to your page.
- Project name.
- Description of client (this should be anonymous - e.g. a growing family, a retired couple).
- Size of project (in metres squared).
- Three to five sentences describing the project and the headline features of it.
- 1 - 3 successes or highlights from the project.
- 1 - 3 challenges faced during the project.
We look forward to receiving your submissions!
