Update on professional pathway
Following the first Professional Pathway Trials Assessment Panel the BIID Education Committee reported significant progress towards the launch of this major development designed to support the professional development of designers progressing from academic qualifications to full membership of the British Institute of Interior Design. Volunteers gave detailed, constructive feedback and reported that they had found the process of real value. For the module on Business Management one member commented that "It has been very useful for us to do as we were due to undertake a full business audit and we like to have a rigorous system for managing the business".
