Event description

Returning to King’s Cross and taking place across five destinations, 2017 is set to be designjunction’s best year to date. Expect a mix of global furniture, lighting, accessory, material and technology brands, alongside pop-up shops, installations and interactive features.

Cubitt House and Cubitt Park (new for 2017) will host a stellar line-up of international design brands alongside lightjunction. A collaboration with material experts SCIN Gallery will form an exciting new showcase exploring materials both of today and of the future.

Granary Square will host a range of feature projects including Renault UK presenting concept car TreZor and the results of a project with Central Saint Martins, UAL. Turkishceramics will create an installation in the central fountain space that celebrates the rich history of ceramics in Turkey.

The Crossing will house installations from Corian, Blackbody and a partnership project with design-led watch brand Rado launching the first-ever UK edition of the Rado Star Prize.

The Canopy returns as a temporary pop-up venue for premium retail brands and emerging design labels selling everything from fashion accessories to technology, ceramics, glassware and stationery.

BIID x eporta Breakfast
