Planning consent was granted to enlarge this Arts and Crafts house, by adding a new wing and entrance porch with clock tower. The main entrance was re-sited to the west end of the house, with steps behind battered stone walls rising to entrance terrace. Metalwork gates were designed for the re-built stone gateway and the house fully refurbished with en-suite bathrooms to each bedroom.
