For this particular residential house set in Salcombe, Devon our clients used the unfinished 220 x 21mm board from the Wills & Ferguson range. This board was chosen because it incorporated features like a 6mm oak wear layer, birch backing and structural strength. Making it a great durable product for a family home by the sea.

The board was finished with Environmental Timber Oil, protecting it whilst keeping the natural unfinished look.
