This was a turnkey project; all aspects from manufacturing, lighting, plumbing, flooring through to installation; joinery and servery counters were also designed and built by Octagon.    The restaurant required capacity for 80 covers with a prep kitchen; marbled and chilled serving area and multi-functional seating arrangements.  We were also involved in the engineering design for fire and security shutters as the site was within a well-known shopping centre.  Mason and Rye is part of a chain of restaurants.  We were tasked with taking the restaurant concept and progressing it so that each site has its own identity.
