Justin Van Breda

Working from London, Gloucestershire and the Home Counties to Greece, the West Indies, Venice, South Africa and many places in between, the Justin Van Breda Interior Design Studio works for legacy clients or on projects he just cannot resist.

Having worked for Nicky Haslam, and ending his tenure as Creative Director, he founded his own line of furniture in 2002. Design and decoration followed quickly on the first collection’s heels and Justin’s personality and design aesthetic is present throughout. Justin has meticulously designed a team structure where his design and installation hand is clearly visible at every stage of a project and the client experience is one of seamlessly layered and textured work, reading the client’s life carefully and delivering on time and to budget from the first arrival of the black sample boxes to the handover of a home you can just move into. Covering the full design service we add our own brand of personalised charm, consideration, flexibility and skill- from concepts to the conclusion, from site visits, drawings, presentations, samples, sourcing, specifications and coordination of the professional team recommending (where appropriate) architects, landscape designers and contractors.

Justin splits his time between London and Gloucestershire so has a very real understanding of the English Country House aesthetic and the challenges associated with historic/character buildings.

His work has been featured editorially in House & Garden, English Home, Elle Decor, AD, Veranda and House Beautiful AHL.
