For this modern apartment renovation in the heart of Clapham, South West London, the brief was to transform a dated, constrained property into a sophisticated sanctuary of contemporary luxury and functionality. Our design approach focused on enhancing architectural flow and maximizing the impressive vertical volume of the mezzanine. We replaced a restrictive spiral staircase with a bespoke oak staircase featuring elegant ironwork, immediately opening up the living space. By implementing an architectural lighting scheme and a high-spec, neutral kitchen, we capitalised on natural light and height. The project also featured a multi-functional guest suite with bespoke joinery, ensuring a seamless balance between premium aesthetics and practical South West London living.
