Remodelling of an apartment in a Grade 2 listed building in Belsize Park.

 We obtained listed building consent. Organised all necessary consents and administrated the building works and all interior design aspects.

Including new electrical, lighting and mechanical services. New Walnut engineered wood flooring with underfloor heating. New kitchen, new bathrooms as well as furniture selection and selection of all finishes.
