Client Service & Operations Manager

Job Description

This position coordinates the administrative and logistical processes behind complex international orders, ensuring a smooth and elevated client experience. You will act as the central link between the UK sales team and suppliers, Chicago headquarters and clients across the UK and Europe. Success requires anticipating challenges, identifying opportunities, maintaining accuracy and ensuring clear communication across all stages of an order. 

The role suits someone who thrives on organisation and precision. Projects often involve multiple suppliers, materials and timelines, requiring calm, proactive management and meticulous attention to detail. 

Key Responsibilities Sales Support 

• Assist in the management of multi-stage orders from quotation to delivery with accuracy and efficiency. 

• Provide clear, proactive client updates. 

• Coordinate with Chicago on production schedules and order status. 

• Resolve enquiries and logistical issues promptly. 

• Support exhibitions, trade events and showroom activity. NetSuite CRM & Order Management 

• Enter and qualify enquiries. 

• Maintain accurate client and project records. 

• Ensure NetSuite reflects current opportunities and accounts. Designer Intelligence & Business Development 

• Maintain a database of leading designers using industry rankings and publications. 

• Monitor key design media to identify emerging talent and opportunities. 

• Prepare concise market insights to support sales strategy across the UK and Europe. Qualifications 

• 3–5 years’ experience in operations, sales support, showroom or client services, ideally within luxury or design-led environments. 

• Confident working with high-end clients including designers, architects and private clients. 

• CRM experience required; NetSuite preferred. 

• Interest in furniture, design or luxury brands advantageous.
