Contemporary Putney lower ground floor.

Opening up the lower-ground floor of this Putney family home created a fabulous, spacious room, anchored by a long wall of bespoke joinery that flows from the kitchen through to the pantry, TV area and concealed office. A polished concrete floor brings a crisp, contemporary feel to the space.

The clients wanted an island free of clutter, and the dramatic Diespeker terrazzo central unit delivers the impact they were looking for. Above it, a bespoke light fitting traverses the full-width skylight. A dining bench maximises space, while the cosy seating area offers the perfect spot to relax and watch TV.
