A developer had recently 'done' this property when my client's brought it, however they had ripped out every architectural detail, including fireplaces etc. My clients wanted to restore character and add colour throughout. We executed this by adding cornices, picture rails, fireplaces as well as painting throughout before adding light fittings, built in joinery and supplying all furniture and soft furnishings.
