Eccleston Square, a two-bedroom flat situated within a charming Grade 2 listed building in Victoria, London, underwent a full refurbishment to breathe contemporary life into its dated interiors while preserving the original features and aligning with the client's personal style. The project involved strategic layout changes to maximize space, utilizing the flat's height by integrating bespoke joinery and shelving units that not only provided ample storage but also served as prominent design elements.

The renovation encompassed transforming the bathroom layout to accommodate a spacious shower room, updating flooring, and implementing a refined lighting scheme throughout. YAM Studios, entrusted with the project, meticulously specified furniture and furnishings to beautifully complete the flat, resulting in a stunning refreshed space.

Careful consideration was given to materials, ensuring a harmonious blend with the original features by incorporating subtle colors and textures that complemented the building's character.
