Edwardian Home, North East England

Built around 1905 in Northumberland, this Edwardian home offered all the hallmarks we admire, generous proportions, intricate ceilings and beautiful bay windows, ready to be brought back to life. The aim was not to reinvent, but to refine: to celebrate the home’s inherent character while shaping a space that feels joyful, layered and entirely at ease with modern living. Thoughtful use of colour and pattern works in harmony with the architecture, allowing each room to feel both grounded and expressive.

Heating was considered from the very beginning, as it should be. Our Emmeline Radiator was selected for its timeless profile and exceptional heat retention, complementing the home’s period features without compromise. Seamlessly integrated, it becomes part of the fabric of each space, quietly doing its job while enhancing the overall aesthetic.
