to growing the social care industry and achieving a sustainable social care
model.
Much has been made of the ‘social care timebomb’ in recent months. The analogy refers to the growing demand for care. Care homes need to generate another 50,000 beds within five years to adhere to a growing demand, whilst the domiciliary care industry needs to become more cost and time efficient to save money and improve the level of care available.
