Celebrating its 10th anniversary, London Build Expo 2025 returns to Olympia London for its biggest edition yet, reaffirming its status as the UK’s leading construction and design event. Over two days, the show will welcome more than 38,000 industry professionals from across the built environment, offering a vibrant mix of content, networking and entertainment.

This landmark year promises a record-breaking programme. The exhibition floor will host 450+ leading suppliers and innovators, showcasing the latest in sustainable materials, digital construction tools, AI-driven design and more. From modular building to smart city solutions, the event highlights the technologies reshaping how the UK builds.

The conference line-up features an impressive 750+ speakers across 12 CPD-accredited stages, covering topics from fire safety and modern methods of construction to diversity, inclusion, and digital transformation. With over 200 hours of accredited training, attendees can earn CPD points while gaining practical insights from the sector’s most respected voices.

But London Build isn’t your average trade show; it’s a Festival of Construction. Visitors can expect live entertainment, DJs, competitions, and more than 20 networking events hosted in partnership with major industry bodies such as the UK Green Building Council, Nima, CIOB Academy, and Architecture Social. Highlights include the UK’s largest Women in Construction and Diversity in Construction networking events, both championing equality and empowerment across the industry.

Feature areas like the Architect’s Hub will showcase stunning concept designs and 3D models from firms including HS2, Jensen Hunt Design, and Nooma Studio, while the Meet the Buyers sessions connect suppliers directly with procurement teams from leading contractors such as Skanska, Laing O’Rourke, and Mace.

Supported by its inclusive Ambassador Communities, London Build also drives vital conversations on sustainability, mental health, digital innovation, and young professionals in construction.
