May Design Series: Curated for Business
May Design Series returns to London for its third edition in 2015. This year, the event is ‘Curated for Business’ and will present companies from over 25 countries - many of which are exhibiting in the UK for the first time - as well as showcase the best of new British design. Promising to be the biggest yet, the show will offer a multitude of opportunities to network with fellow professionals and will present an array of products across five sectors: Furniture; Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms; Lighting; Decor and DX, the pavilion showcasing products which are using new materials and technology. New for 2015 will be a complimentary Conference and Seminar programme which together will explore and debate the future impact of such issues as changing demographics, latest technologies and advanced materials.
Expert advice will also be on hand at the CEDIA (the Custom Electronic Design & Installation Association) stands (L150 & L240), where the organisation is running a series of seminars in its A/V and home automation area, some of which are RIBA and BIID accredited. These will include a look at designing integrated future-ready homes, understanding and specifying invisible sound solutions and how to work successfully with LED lighting systems. BIID members are invited to register for their free ticket to May Design Series here
