Eynham Road

A full refurbishment and reconfiguration of a four-bedroom split-level apartment — lacking flow, lacking personality, and not yet a family home. We gave it both, drawing on our clients' African heritage to bring joy, warmth and meaning into a home that now feels entirely and unapologetically theirs. 

Split-level apartments can sometimes resist natural movement - floors that disconnect, layouts that work against family life. We reconfigured for flow and filled the space with colour: a cobalt blue sofa, terracotta rugs, burnt orange, sage green, navy throughout. Handmade ceramics, oak, terrazzo and fluted wood ground the colour and give it weight. Each room has its own character: the apartment as a whole has a single point of view.  Vibrant, considered, personal.
