The Farmhouse - Eydon

We were excited to embark on this kitchen project with an artistic retailer of beautiful hand blocked prints, which can be seen underpinning this stunning kitchens decor.

Like our clients prints, this kitchen and its simplistic, neutral colour palette is to die for! Inspired by the farmhouse lifestyle and the Northampton English countryside, this kitchen takes traditional features such as the double farmhouse sink and Aga cooker to create a stylish, yet traditional take on the farmhouse style. With small embellishments of colour from flowers and plants straight from the garden, this kitchen is a light and airy dream with small sprinkles of personality thanks to the ceramics and ornaments. The effortlessness of the Shaker Cabinets and their colour ‘Slaked Lime Dark’ from Little Greene compliments the overall style serenely and creates the perfect base for the polished nickel till handles and knobs from Armac Martin and Willow & Stone.

Sticking with the theme of simplicity, to keep the worktops from being cluttered, concealed storage is a key feature in this kitchen with its integral cutlery and utensil trays and ample amount of drawer, cabinet and pantry cupboard space. By helping to keep the kitchen tidy the kitchen is therefore always ready to offer its owners a relaxing time spent sipping a hot drink at the kitchen island after a long walk in the countryside.
