Georgian Church Conversion

This Grade II listed former Church of Scotland was subject to a two and a half year conversion to a sylish country home

The body of the church has been. kept as a large, double height reception space
The dining area of the hall has a 4 metre antique dining table and features French panoramic wallpaper beneath original church panelling
The choir stall of the church was converted to a kitchen overlooking the main reception area
A cosy reading corner was created in this relaxing master bathroom
A freestanding bath and customised 1930s sideboard used as a vanity unit combine with unlacquered brassware to create a luxuriously eclectic feel
A mid century vibe in the master bedroom makes a relaxing contrast to the antique grandeur of the main reception room of the church downstairs
