Grade Listed SW London

The Renaissance of a Grade II Listed Gem in London Prime Location.
This Grade II listed property had long awaited its transformation. The renovation project, undertaken for a very special and visionary client, was a celebration of architectural heritage fused with contemporary design.
First we had to get the planning permission to replace all windows followed by installing new floors, panelling , bespoke joinery and furniture. In the living room, soft blue panelled walls provide a serene backdrop to a carefully curated space. The ornate cornicing and the restored marble fireplace nod to the property’s rich history, while a sleek, custom-built shelving unit with integrated lighting introduces a modern edge. A plush L-shaped sofa anchors the room, inviting comfort, while bold, colourful artwork injects personality into the space. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the geometric patterned rug that ties the room together to the sculptural chandelier that casts a warm glow over the scene. The renovation showcases how thoughtful design can bridge the gap between old and new. It’s a reminder that modern living and historical preservation can go hand in hand, creating spaces that are both functional and deeply inspiring. At the heart of this renovation was an incredible partnership between the design team and the client. Their vision and trust allowed for a creative process that pushed boundaries while remaining true to the property’s heritage. Together, they have breathed new life into this London landmark, creating a home that will stand as a testament to timeless design for years to come.
