Groom's Accommodation for Wedding Venue

We were appointed by our previous clients who run a successful wedding venue. They were increasingly being asked to provide accommodation for the Groom and his men. This property was an under utilised building on their estate. Formally a Pig Sty, it had been converted into an office space about 20 years ago including large desks, electrical trunking around the walls, a small bathroom and kitchen. We redesigned the layout so that it could accommodate up to 6 people with 4 zip & linked beds and a double sofa bed. We installed a new bathroom including an electric shower and designed a new, fully-appointed kitchen. The client's wedding season runs from March to October but designed the space so that it can also be used as an Airbnb asset during the Autumn and Winter months.
