A Grade 2 Listed Building in the heart of Blackheath, London. A crescent Georgian villa fully refurbished on all 4 levels. The lower Ground is opened up to create a modern family living space intertwined with the old building and extended into the garden through tall doors and lantern. Careful negotiation took place with the Planning Authority with much of the structure retained to create interesting pockets and through vistas.
