Mid-Weight Interior Designer - Luxury Residential Practice 

Who we are: 

We are Anne Haimes Interiors, an Interior Design practice specialising in high end residential projects. 

If only we could include imagery on this advert we'd show you some of our finest moments - Listed Georgian and Victorian Townhouses, Country Retreats, Riverside Apartments and Manor Houses across Oxfordshire and Berkshire. But alas we can't so we hope your imagination will dream up the luxurious experiences we design and implement for our discerning clients. 

Based in the heart of Henley on Thames, we offer a comprehensive design service, from concept planning through to procurement and installation. Working closely with clients to provide a highly tailored, personal service, recognising each project is unique: from a single bespoke piece to a complete design and build project, collaborating with architects and contractors. 

The Opportunity: 

We are looking for a Mid Weight Interior Designer who is interested in the opportunity to work in a small team on high-end residential projects. The position is well suited to a person who wants to be involved in all aspects of the design process; is confident and comfortable in assisting small to medium projects in the luxury residential sector; and works efficiently within our processes as well as working collaboratively with the senior design team. 

About You: 

Technical Skills: 

+ Bachelor's degree in Interior Design 

+ 4 Years’ Experience 

+Very strong technical skills in Auto CAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite 

+Ability to produce CAD technical drawings for room plans, sections, and elevations. 

+Ability to draw up interior details of rooms to show design intent. 

+Ability to design bespoke joinery and detailed schedules for tender packages 

+Excellent team working and interpersonal skills. 

+ Knowledge of Esti would be advantageous. 

+ Knowledge of furniture, fixtures and equipment 

+ Knowledge of Materials and finishes 

+ Space Planning 

+ Create and develop conceptual designs 

+ Work closely with Design Director and Senior Designer during all phases of design process from concept to handover 

+ Full UK Driving licence 

Human Skills (excuse some of the cliches but they are relevant :-) ) 

+ An independent problem solver as well as a Team Player, focused on executing the task at hand to the highest standard. 

+ Ability to accept and give constructive criticism and have a positive and pro-active approach.
