KIMA was approached by a small team of property developers to assist with the refurbishment and modernization of two adjoining mews properties. The properties are very conveniently located and within walking distance of Hyde Park.

Each home comprise of 3 double bedrooms (master bedrooms en-suite) and a large open plan kitchen/living/dining reception room. Despite the compact nature of mews properties KIMA maximised the available space by introducing as much as possible built-in storage and display. The stairs were designed to be elegant sculptural elements of the interiors scheme. The clients were naturally budget conscious and we had to carefully specify finishes and fittings to stay within budget, but be enticing to the market at the same time.
