Barclay Interiors project
Kensington Ambassadorial Residence
Working on all phases of this 40,000 ft2 , Grade II listed Central London home for an international Ambassador, our involvement was both as FF&E Designer and Lead Designer working closely initially with the Beirut-based architects, and, thereafter, directly with the Embassy and the client. This was a sizable renovation of a historic building, with artisans flooding the house with their specialist skills from Trompe l’oeil to gilding. Phase 1 entailed specifying, procuring and installing over 5,000 items including furniture, lighting, flooring and over 250 window treatments. Subsequent phases included space planning, lighting design, furniture and rug design as well as all ensuing FF&E.
