Project name: Lock Lane, Location: Birdham, Project type: Private family residence

Purchased by a British family, resident in Hong Kong, as their UK family home, Pascoe Interiors was commissioned to turn the tired former second home into a welcomign home for the family when in the UK.  The Clients' style brief was to creat a "British 'New Hamptons' style family home".

This is just one project of many where our Clients were based abroad for much of the process; but by taking advantage of technological & communication advances hand in hand with traditional methods (of posting packages of samples), the geographical distance was no barrier.

    Dark colours are the perfect way to create intimate spaces; such as the family's TV room - whose aim is to provide a relaxing space away from the grandeur of the more formal spaces.

    When we design your home, we will consider all corners of the property, to create reading nooks and quiet spaces to encourage you to make full use of every corner of your home.

    By reconfiguring open plan living spaces, we will consider and improve the flow and interaction of the spaces, and will deliver a sociable and interactive space to inhabit.

    We always layer extra detail and luxury into our Clients' bedrooms, so that they have a space within the home where they can enjoy a higher specification of finish.

    Swimming pools, home gyms and spas all benefit from a decorative touch; here a previously un-utilised corner of the indoor pool has been turned into a games area.
