Orchard Building Solutions worked for a total of ten weeks to convert a loft for the client. During the two phases of the process, decorative timber beading, black aluminium full width windows, a Crittall-style pocket door, new shutters, a custom carpet runner, and a Nest thermostat were installed. 

Finally, Ecohardwood's double oak engineered wood flooring was installed in a herringbone pattern and a Waterfall colour, featuring a width of 140x700 mm and a character grade.
