Government Consultation: Appeals against design decisions of the IPO
The Intellectual Property Office is now in the process of fully implementing section 10(2) of the Intellectual Property Act 2014, "appeal from a decision of the registrar."
The Government has launched a consultation which sets out the proposed Rules for appealing to the Appointed Person, and the associated forms. This consultation follows on from 1st October changes which were brought about by the IP Act 2014.
