Northcote Lodge, St Margarets

Studio III are responsible for the entire re-design of this wonderful Victorian lodge. Phase One incorporated a full refurbishment of their son's bedrooms, family bathroom and principal ensuite. The key design challenge is to weave old and new together seamlessly, celebrating period features, contemporary additions, and the rich cultural background of the family.
