One Thousand Museum - Zaha Hadid

A visionary residential landmark in the heart of Miami

One Thousand Museum is one of Miami’s most iconic residential towers, designed by the late Zaha Hadid. Located at 1000 Biscayne Boulevard, directly across from Museum Park, this futuristic skyscraper features 84 exclusive residences, a two-story spa, and a private rooftop helipad.

The building’s signature exoskeleton, made of concrete and fiberglass, eliminates the need for internal columns, allowing for open-plan layouts, abundant natural light, and complete design flexibility.

For this project, Lualdi provided fully custom-made door solutions designed to align with the avant-garde architectural vision of Zaha Hadid Architects.

L41 interior doors, installed throughout the apartments, feature a matte lacquered finish and titanium custom jambs that blend seamlessly with the contemporary tones and finishes of the interiors.

L41 entrance doors, in matte black lacquer with matching black jambs, were selected for their bold and sophisticated presence, enhancing the visual continuity and minimalist aesthetic of each residence.

With precision craftsmanship and refined material choices, Lualdi’s design doors help define the unique identity of one of the most innovative residential buildings in the world.
