This kitchen was design around a family of four, with the central island and wrap around units to help zone the different areas of the space. The use of chestnut veneer and green Fenix, combined with the porcelain worktop created a warm, calm atmosphere. Open shelving in the island and clever mood lighting bring softness to this otherwise deft design.
As the kitchen caters for a large family, stylish but plentiful storage was key. Clever concealed storage solutions such as a slim pull out larder unit with chrome fittings creates a functional yet chic design. Open shelving was kept to a minimum, placed in key areas for ease of access and added character.
Verde Comodoro Fenix being the main material choice gives the kitchen an eye catching, bold presence. This dramatic block of colour is created by cladding the material into the living area, which merges the kitchen area the garden. Fenix laminate is highly durable and fingerprint proof making it the ideal kitchen material choice.
The sink area was designed to be clean and practical, with a durable, yet striking porcelain worktop, incorporating a matching splash back with floating shelf. Mimicking natural stone, the porcelain’s texture and colour adds to the natural feel of the kitchen design, creating a tactile and contrasting worktop surface.
