This project involved a complete transformation of a dark and dated kitchen and ensuite into a fresh, light-filled sanctuary with a timeless, classical feel.
The original kitchen suffered from a heavy, awkward layout and an abundance of orange-toned wood, making the space feel closed in and uninviting. Our design introduced a rear extension with bifolding doors and a roof light, flooding the new kitchen-dining area with natural light. We selected a refined, tonal palette to create a calm and airy atmosphere, blending classic details with a contemporary sense of space. Carefully reupholstered existing furniture, along with bespoke curtains and blinds, helped tie the scheme together and added layers of softness and comfort.
Upstairs, the ensuite was reconfigured to improve flow and maximise space. A serene, tonal palette and thoughtfully integrated storage give the room a spa-like feel—calm, uncluttered, and effortlessly elegant. The result is a cohesive home environment that feels refreshed, uplifting, and beautifully balanced.
