This Italianate Villa in Fowey has grand proportions and classical features. With views down the estuary and out to sea, this house holds a commanding position on the rocks. We worked with a full team of architects, engineers and contractors to convert this property back from flats to the impressive house it is today. The project ran for nearly twenty-four months, but the end result was definitely worth the work put in. We worked with our clients existing collection of art and furniture, and their love of the Art Deco aesthetic. The interior design has timeless style, and even now many years since the project was completed, it hold its own, with long standing grace and elegance.
