Total renovation of 1830’s William Wyatt Terrace House to accommodate a client’s lifetime of travel and collecting along the way.

 The front door opens into a small closed lobby and brings you straight into the ground floor Reception with stairs up and an open sitting room. To the right there is a cosy fire and window overlooking beautiful Victoria Square.

Comfortable seating is welcoming and easily leads onto a glamorous, well equipped kitchen / dining room complete with a large screen television that has been totally concealed by a larger painting. The dramatic Roman blind gives privacy but opens to reveal the view of a beautiful communal garden.

 The cooking area is discrete and compact with excellent ventilation.

 The entrance passage to and from the kitchen conceals a host of useful storage for coats, wine, service lift, cloakroom, and toilet tucked behind the kitchen wall and a staircase to the lower ground floor flat which has another kitchen and a charming little dining room.
