During these times the BIID consider it incredibly important for studios, companies and everyone involved in leadership in the industry to educate themselves on inclusion.
The BIID has had the elective module on inclusion as part of the Knowledge Hub for members to use to help develop them in this area. However we have taken the decision to release this module on to the website to ensure everyone has easy access and can benefit from this valuable guidance. We recommend all of our members read the module and take the steps necessary to action the suggestions.
Leadership is action, not Position - How to be an inclusive leader.
The module was created by Diversity and Inclusion specialist Ama Afrifa-Tchie FRSA.
