This Victorian end-of-terrace in St Margarets, South West London, had real bones - but the first floor needed to work harder for a family with two teenage boys. Studio 3 Creatives transformed the entire level: two personalised teenage bedrooms with bold palettes in deep teal and forest green, a dual-purpose home study and guest room anchored by bespoke joinery, and a bathroom clad floor-to-ceiling in graphic sage stripe tiles.
