Set within the Somerset countryside, Rodden Manor Mill is a sensitive transformation of a historic grain mill into a home and creative retreat, balancing heritage with contemporary living.

Surrounded by water and landscape, the project embraces a slower, more considered way of life. Original character has been carefully preserved, while modern interventions introduce comfort, light and flexibility for everyday use.

Sustainability sits quietly at its core. A water-source heat pump provides low-temperature heating throughout, paired with our Grace cast iron radiators in Grey Bronze, used throughout the scheme. Chosen for their efficiency, thermal mass and enduring presence, they work seamlessly with renewable systems while adding depth and character to each space.
