Its owner called on the London firm to completely transform his entire property – from extensive landscape design and the renovation of an existing Victorian Hall, to the design and build of this stunning modernist home. The result is a considered blend of architecture, landscaped elements and interior design – all of which come together for a cohesive sense of place. 

Phillips offers a wraparound residential service and approached the 10,000sq2 new-build in a holistic way, providing the architecture and interior design, project management and coordination of final details like bespoke furniture and joinery, curtains, blinds, rugs and linens. “We created a turn-key solution for our client. Every last thing he’d need was in place. All he had to do was drive up and walk in,” says Phillips.
